Duties Will Include

• -> Supervising installers on roofing projects and coordinating miscellaneous trades to be performed.
• -> Overseeing the conclusion of each project and completing final inspections on all building trades.
• -> Answering questions from homeowners and sales reps.
• -> Act as a liaison between property owner, salesman, and production manager.
• -> Be present at time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work. being performed to homeowner’s satisfaction and per scope of work.
• -> All while providing amazing customer service.
• -> Inventory control.

Education and Experience

• -> High school diploma or equivalent required

As a Contents Processing Technician, you will be making a difference in people’s lives by helping restore their home and belongings after a fire or flood. Working mostly indoors, our Contents Technicians enjoy a variety of work across various job sites. Before our construction work can begin, you will be on site with your team, packing up people’s belongings so that we can work on restoring them in our warehouse. Once our team has rebuilt the damaged areas, your team will do a post-construction clean and put all the cleaned and restored belongings back into the space. This is the final touch for our customers as they return home, and you will see what a difference your work makes in people’s lives!

Duties Will Include

• -> Helping people recover their homes from flood, fire, and smoke damage.
• -> Helping people by recovering the contents of their homes after flood, fire, and smoke damage.
• -> Photographing and taking inventory of the items in people's homes before packing them up.
• -> Deep cleaning job sites after construction as well as cleaning smoke residue from homes that have been damaged by fire.

Duties Will Include

• -> Build working relationships with project partners to lead and direct assigned projects in implementing cultural changes in safety.
• -> Analyze problems, make recommendations, and drive positive change. Communicate to leadership and project team the requirements for improving performance including addressing issues, concerns, and corrective actions.
• -> Lead and direct project team on compliance with Turner’s safety policies and procedures, and environmental operational program.
• -> Analyze Phase I, Phase II, and pre-demolition surveys to assure project-specific program addresses mitigation of environmental risks.
• -> Review Risk Management policies related to environmental compliance, coordinate pre-planning efforts and communicate requirements to project team and/or subcontractors.
• -> Coordinate mitigation activities with Risk Management.
• -> Develop and implement programs, beyond the overall project safety program, that benefit the safety, health and wellbeing of workers.
• -> Develop and provide owner reports and explain overall safety performance of project. Prepare and present project EH&S information at owner meetings.
• -> Negotiate contracts with vendors for safety services, off-site occupational health facilities and on-site medical services providers.
• -> Educate and mentor other project safety staff including joint venture partners.
• -> Participate in evaluation of staff in collaboration with the BUEHSD; identify staff development needs and recommend appropriate developmental activities.

Education and Experience

• -> Four year degree in Occupational or Environmental Safety and Health with at least seven (7) years of building construction safety experience or equivalent education and experience. A minimum of OSHA 30 hour training, First Aid/CPR/BBP and AED training. Demonstrated knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques through completion of other related coursework and/or certifications is required.
